Information you give us

Our contact forms ask for your name and phone number. You may also provide an email address, city, project details, selected services, and photos. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and prepare an estimate.

Website analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics, including advertising features linked to Google Ads, to understand website visits and actions such as submitted forms and clicks on our phone number. First-party analytics cookies and Google advertising cookies or identifiers may be used together for measurement and advertising. Google Analytics may collect a cookie identifier, approximate location, and browser and device information. We do not send the name, phone number, email address, project description, or photos from your form to Google Analytics.

To measure whether an advertising lead later becomes qualified or results in business, we may send Google Ads a one-way encrypted (SHA-256 hashed) version of the email address or phone number supplied with an inquiry, together with advertising click or session identifiers. Google uses this information for conversion matching and measurement under its applicable terms. Plain contact details and project text are not included in these conversion uploads.

You can manage Google advertising preferences in Google Ads Settings. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Your browser settings may let you remove or block cookies.

How inquiries are delivered

Form submissions are stored in our private lead-management system hosted with our website and are also sent to our business email. We use a Telegram bot to notify our team of new inquiries; these messages can include the contact details and project text you submitted. Photos are sent as email attachments. Access to the lead-management system is restricted to approved team members authenticated through Telegram. Our website hosting, database, email delivery, Telegram, and Google services process information needed to provide those functions.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries as needed to follow up and maintain business records. To ask about the information you submitted or request its deletion where applicable, contact us using the details below. We may need to retain some information for legal or business recordkeeping reasons.
